TRUMP HUMILIATION ?

Trump humiliation or Kagame geopolitical strategy? While the Trump adminstration is busy with Venezuela and other current international issues, Kagame's criminal military power continues openly to violating the Washington Agreements, and further humiliating the international community, especially the UN , CIGRL, Qatar and the USA by reinforcing its military presence on ground, killing innocent congolese civilians and conquering more territories in DRC. The recent past has shown that everytime there was any international tension calling the USA attention, Kagame has taken it as a huge opportunity to freely invade the DRC. According to a West official based in Kigali" Kagame loves such international tensions, like Venuzuella as there won't be anymore pression on him and can therefore feel free to do whatever he wants in the region as more importantly the attention is somewherelse".With the ongoing Venezuela crisis, Kagame geopolitical calculation is that the DRC case won't be a priority and it would take time toTrump's administration to put it on its agenda again, making subsquently the Washington Agreements unpractical.
